Creative Services: Producing

Creative Services is the second show I produced as a part of KNWT-TV, the student television station on campus at Northwest Missouri state university. Creative Services was in charge of promoting KNWT-TV, other student media outlets, and people through a variety of commercials, documentaries, behind-the-scenes videos, and interview series. I managed a crew of students to go work on these various projects by helping them film, edit, write scripts, and by working on quality control.

Documentaries
One aspect of creative services is the creation of behind-the-scenes documentaries over events and individuals within northwest student media. These documentaries were projects I would assign individual crew members to make and I would oversee and approve the projects as the producer.
KNWT Behind-The-Scenes: Basketball Production 2024

Positions: Producer, Director, Videographer
Directed my crew to film and edit behind the scenes b-roll and interviews of crew members from KNWT’s Basketball Live Production into a mini-documentary. Also filmed some of the footage in the documentary. My goal with this project was to showcase KNWt's talent and use to promote to others what Knwt is capable of.
KNWT Crew Spotlight: Wiley Ray

Position: Producer

Assigned one of my crew members to film and edit a mini-documentary on someone within student media. The goal was to showcase what kinds of things students within student media do and promote student media to others outside it.
KNWT Behind-The-Scenes: Homecoming Parade Livestream 2023

Position: Producer
Directed my crew to film and edit behind the scenes b-roll and interviews of crew members from KNWT’s Homecoming Parade Live Production into a mini-documentary. My goal with this project was to showcase KNWt's talent and use to promote to others what Knwt is capable of.
Commercials

Along with another one of my crew members I wrote and directed the commercial and supervised the edit of the video. The goal of the commercial was to inform people what creative services does in a fun and easy to understand way.
